enseigne de pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter faisait face \u00e0 un ralentissement inexpliqu\u00e9 de ses ventes.<br>Les \u00e9quipes ne voyaient pas ce qui bloquait la croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait clair : <strong>retrouver du dynamisme commercial, sans augmenter les co\u00fbts<\/strong>.<br>Pour \u00e7a, on a commenc\u00e9 par une immersion de trois jours dans le magasin.<br>Pas de PowerPoint, pas de th\u00e9orie : juste de l\u2019observation.<br>Et tr\u00e8s vite, les premiers signaux faibles sont apparus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les clientes entraient\u2026 mais n\u2019exploraient que 40 % de la surface.<br>Certaines zones \u00e9taient devenues invisibles, d\u2019autres surcharg\u00e9es.<br>Au comptoir, les vendeuses perdaient du temps \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des retours qui auraient pu \u00eatre automatis\u00e9s.<br>Sur Instagram, la marque publiait beaucoup\u2026 mais ne convertissait presque pas vers le magasin physique.<br>Rien de grave individuellement \u2014 mais mis bout \u00e0 bout, ces micro-frictions co\u00fbtaient cher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019audit a propos\u00e9 trois ajustements simples, presque \u00e9vidents apr\u00e8s coup :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>r\u00e9organiser le parcours client pour guider naturellement vers les zones faibles,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyser les tickets pour r\u00e9v\u00e9ler les associations de produits les plus achet\u00e9es ensemble,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>transformer Instagram en \u201cvitrine vivante\u201d avec des essais rapides film\u00e9s le matin m\u00eame.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le changement a \u00e9t\u00e9 imm\u00e9diat.<br>En deux semaines, le temps moyen pass\u00e9 en magasin a augment\u00e9 de 22 %.<br>Les vendeuses, lib\u00e9r\u00e9es des petites t\u00e2ches, ont pass\u00e9 plus de temps avec les clientes.<br>Les essais vid\u00e9o, vus jusqu\u2019\u00e0 12 000 fois en local, ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 une nouvelle habitude d\u2019achat : venir \u201cvoir en vrai ce qu\u2019on a vu en story\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au bout de 60 jours, les chiffres sont tomb\u00e9s :<br><strong>+18,4 % de ventes<\/strong>, sans nouvelles d\u00e9penses, sans campagne, sans travaux.<br>Juste en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant ce que le magasin ne voyait plus : ses propres points forts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, Vestis garde ce rituel d\u2019audit
